Alistair Fang graduated from Monash University with double Bachelor of Laws and Commerce. Prior to joining JK Lawyers, Alistair Fang worked as an economist at the Department of Treasury and Finance (Victoria). He was admitted to practice in 2016. Alistair Fang works predominantly in migration law, and assists with property, wills, probate matters from time to time. Alistair Fang is adapt at navigating through the Migration rules, the migration regulations, government policy, and general requirements, in order to understand the regulatory processes. Alistair Fang advises clients on the most appropriate visa pathways, then assists with the visa applications, in order to achieve the best outcome for clients. Alistair Fang has worked on a whole range of visa matters including bridging visas, tourist/visitor visas, student visas, working holiday visas, temporary employment/working visas, temporary business skills and investor visas, refugee visas, and visa expiry and visa cancellations. He has assisted a diverse range of clients including professionals, tradespersons, students, religious and non-profit organisations, companies, business owners, and investors, from all walks of life and countries such as Argentina, Brazil, China, Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, Mexico, Singapore, Uganda, and the United Kingdom, Vietnam.
