Office Assistant & Account Administrator
We are looking for an Office Assistant & Account Administrator to manage our firm’s general administration, as well as accounts payable and receivable. This role involves a great deal of multitasking, organising and planning.
Job Responsibilities include
- Managing day to day administration within the firm; including reception, managing appointments, diary management, general administration tasks.
- Cash handling, banking, reviewing and reconciling accounts and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts; identify and address discrepancies, including report on status of clients’ accounts to lawyers.
To be successful in this role, you should have an Accounting and/or Business Administration background, be familiar with bookkeeping and has a proven work experience as an account administrator or similar role. The ideal candidate will have great communication ability and have a knowledge and ability with using Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook. The candidate should be able to work under pressure and enjoy being part of a high performing team.
